Service Description
Wrap up warm and join us at our magical private woodland. Sit around the fire, under a canopy of trees and Christmas lights and listen to music. Create something together with your own festive craft selection. Festive sandwiches and mulled wine will be delivered to your table cooked and prepared by Wild Roots Catering. Each member of your party will receive one hot drink, a Christmas sandwich and a family Christmas craft pack. We cater for vegetarian and vegan options also and can offer alternatives for any dietary needs. This event is held in our woodland in Kippax and is for families with children up to 10 years of age Tickets and spaces are limited to keep it small and intimate. This session is not a Saplings session and will not include free play. Adults are £15, children are £12.50; Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 9 months are free. This event is not like your average Christmas experience. It is something unique and something magical and only when you have visited us will you really feel in the mood for the festive season.

Cancellation Policy
- Please contact us ASAP if you can not attend - If you cant attend we will endeavour to sell on your ticket, if we can, even if this is after the cancellation deadline, we will refund you according to the policy below -For one off sessions you can reschedule your session for free on the website up to 14 days before the event, for courses this is calculated from the first session of the course. - You can request a refund for a session which you can no longer attend, up to 14 days before the event (or course start date) - If you are eligible for a refund, the ticket cost (minus the processing fee) will be paid back into your payment account OR you can have a voucher for the FULL price paid to be used against any of our sessions. We will waive processing/booking fees if the request for refund is made more than 30 days prior to session or course start date. - In the event of event cancellation due to, but not inclusive of, staff illness and extreme/unsafe weather conditions, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity via the contact details supplied on the booking form. You will be entitled to a full refund in the event of session cancellation on the part of Wild in the Woods Ltd. A full refund for a session cancelled part way through will be at the discretion of Wilderness Adventures CIC.
