Service Description
Wild Women is an evening for women to relax around the fire in the woods. We include snacks, hot drinks and candle lit music accompaniment, run by the wonderful Wendy, in our private woodland. We do a group cook where people are encouraged to join in if they would like. Small numbers will keep this an intimate and relaxed event, time for you to unwind and reflect. This group is a delight, and super inclusive, come as a group, or come alone! There is a small discount if youre booking on as a pair - use the '2 Peas in a Pod' ticket option for 2 spots for a discount of £30 :D BYOHipflask ;D We know times are hard and money is tight at the moment so we are extending our Jan sale. To keep things cheap we are not bringing in external food companies. In the past we have used small local businesses to supply food. The Last Supper supplied charcuterie board boxes for our first meet up in October and in November we had chilli and cakes from Harts Coffee House & Deli, Thorpe Willoughby. We are on the hunt for more exciting companies to work with in the coming months so keep your eyes peeled and let us know of any companies you think we should work with! In the interim we plan on keeping things cheap and only plan on bringing companies in for special sessions. The location of Wild women is the same woodlands we run our Saplings sessions from if you are familiar with these. If not, it is dead easy to find! Go to the end of Park Lane, Kippax (LS25 7AP) and go through some large metal gates, you cant miss them! Parking is directly to the right and the woodlands is to the left, we will meet you there! :D

Cancellation Policy
- Please contact us ASAP if you can not attend - If you cant attend we will endeavour to sell on your ticket, if we can, even if this is after the cancellation deadline, we will refund you according to the policy below -For one off sessions you can reschedule your session for free on the website up to 14 days before the event, for courses this is calculated from the first session of the course. - You can request a refund for a session which you can no longer attend, up to 30 days before the event (or course start date) - If you are eligible for a refund, the ticket cost (minus the processing fee) will be paid back into your payment account OR you can have a voucher for the FULL price paid to be used against any of our sessions. We will waive processing/booking fees if the request for refund is made more than 30 days prior to session or course start date. - In the event of event cancellation due to, but not inclusive of, staff illness and extreme/unsafe weather conditions, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity via the contact details supplied on the booking form. You will be entitled to a full refund in the event of session cancellation on the part of Wilderness Adventures CIC. A full refund for a session cancelled part way through will be at the discretion of Wilderness Adventures CIC.
