Easter camp: Drop Off Forest School

Service Description

Summer camp for 5-11 year olds at Park Lane Woods, Kippax, LS25 7AP Our staff are qualified level 3 Forest School Leaders and/or Qualified Teachers, fully first aid trained and enhanced DBS checked. 9.30 - 3.00 Snacks and drinks are provided, please bring your own packed lunch and bottle. Sessions are run 100% outdoors and run in all weather conditions except high winds and thunderstorms - please dress appropriately for the weather. At Wilderness Adventures we are passionate about child led outdoor play and learning. We encourage children to explore and communicate their own creative ideas in an outdoor environment. Activities may include basic survival skills, den building, safe and responsible fire lighting, safe tool use, flora and fauna identification, crafting with natural materials, meditation, art, maps and navigation and wide games.

Cancellation Policy

- Please contact us ASAP if you can not attend - If you cant attend we will endeavour to sell on your ticket, if we can, even if this is after the cancellation deadline, we will refund you according to the policy below -For one off sessions you can reschedule your session for free on the website up to 14 days before the event, for courses this is calculated from the first session of the course. - You can request a refund for a session which you can no longer attend, up to 14 days before the event (or course start date) - If you are eligible for a refund, the ticket cost (minus the processing fee) will be paid back into your payment account OR you can have a voucher for the FULL price paid to be used against any of our sessions. We will waive processing/booking fees if the request for refund is made more than 30 days prior to session or course start date. - In the event of event cancellation due to, but not inclusive of, staff illness and extreme/unsafe weather conditions, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity via the contact details supplied on the booking form. You will be entitled to a full refund in the event of session cancellation on the part of Wild in the Woods Ltd. A full refund for a session cancelled part way through will be at the discretion of Wilderness Adventures CIC.
