Cancellation Policy
- Sessions can be reschedule for free up to 14 days before the event - You are entitled to a refund for a session which you can no longer attend, up to 14 days before the event - If you are eligible for a refund, the ticket cost (minus the processing fee) will be paid back into your payment account OR you can have a voucher for the FULL price paid to be used against any of our sessions. We will waive processing/booking fees if the request for refund is made more than 14 days prior to session - In the event of event cancellation we will notify you at the earliest opportunity via the contact details supplied on the booking form. You will be entitled to a full refund A full refund for a session cancelled part way through will be at the discretion of Wilderness Adventures CIC.
